Yes — we plan fully Muslim-friendly trips. Here's what that means in practice:

It's the first question nearly every traveler asks, so we answer it up front. Muslim-friendly is the design principle behind every itinerary we operate — not an optional add-on. And where a destination has genuine limitations, we tell you before you commit to anything, not after you arrive.

Verified halal dining
Every restaurant on your itinerary is vetted by our own team — location, operating status and halal practice — before departure.
Prayer built into each day
Daily schedules are planned around prayer times — mosque visits where cities have them, suitable private spaces where they don't.
English-speaking guides
Licensed English-speaking guides in every city we operate; other languages on request, subject to availability.
Family & group pacing
Itinerary rhythm set for the people actually traveling — elders, young children, and organized groups of 20–30 alike.
How It Works

From Your Message to a Real Trip Plan

You don't need a finished plan to start — reach us on WhatsApp with whatever you have. A rough idea is enough; refining it is our job.

1
Send us your trip brief

Travel dates (approximate is fine), group size, destinations you're considering, plus any dietary or mobility requirements. We'll follow up on anything missing.

2
We verify the options

Routing, timing, halal dining, admission tickets, hotels and transport — checked against actual availability for your dates, not pulled from a template.

3
You receive itinerary & quotation

A day-by-day itinerary with one all-inclusive per-person price, itemized like the sample quotation below. No surcharges appearing later.

4
You review at no cost

The itinerary and quotation are free of charge — nothing is payable until you confirm. Request revisions, compare with other operators, or simply decline.

5
We operate the trip on the ground

Ticketing, drivers, guides, halal meal arrangements and daily coordination — with a 24-hour WhatsApp line for the duration of your trip.

Nothing Hidden

How Our Pricing Works — With a Real Quotation

Every quotation is built from your route, group size, season and hotel category, so we don't publish fixed rates. How a price comes together is no secret, though — here is the logic, followed by a real quotation from a recent group so you can see exactly what you'd receive.

Why some tours look cheaper

A lower headline price means costs were cut somewhere — an industry-wide reality. That can be cheaper hotels or thinner meals, or commissioned shopping stops: jade, silk and tea showrooms that pay the operator a percentage of what your group buys. Either way the saving isn't free — you pay in comfort or in time.

Our quote is the full cost

Our itineraries contain no shopping stops at all. Nothing is subsidized by commissions, so the number we send you is the real, complete cost of your trip — and your days are spent at the places you came to see.

Bigger group, lower price

Guide, vehicle and coordination costs are shared, so per-person prices drop as your group grows. A family of ten or an organized group of twenty pays noticeably less per person than a couple on the same route.

Prices shown are from a real group quotation and will differ with route, group size, season and hotel level. Several attractions use timed reservations, so the sightseeing order follows the guide's confirmed slots. Quotations can be prepared in USD or your preferred currency.

One thing that confuses price comparisons: packages sold in your home country are often group tours including international flights. What we operate are land-only arrangements (ground tours) — everything inside China, while you book flights on your own terms — and HalalChinaTrips has offices in several countries, so we can assist with that if needed. When comparing quotations, make sure both figures cover the same scope.

Before You Ask

A Few Honest Notes

  • We are a private travel planning team — not an official attraction website, ticket office or government tourism bureau.
  • Tickets, hotels and transport depend on third-party availability. If something can't be confirmed for your dates, we say so and suggest alternatives — we won't promise what we can't deliver.
  • Some destinations have limited Muslim facilities. Zhangjiajie, for example, has no public mosque — so we plan prayer around your hotel, private vehicle and quiet spots along the route, and we tell you this upfront rather than glossing over it.
FAQ

Questions Travelers Ask Before Contacting Us

Can you really arrange halal food everywhere in China?
In most cities we work with halal restaurants that we verify ourselves. Where halal options are scarce, we plan around it — hotels near reliable restaurants, meal timing along the route, or arranged alternatives — and we tell you honestly which parts of your route have fewer choices before you confirm anything.
Why don't you list fixed prices on the website?
Because the honest answer to "how much does it cost" depends on route, group size, season and hotel level. The sample quotation above shows exactly how we quote — one all-inclusive per-person price, itemized day by day — and your own quotation is prepared free of charge.
Does the quote include international flights?
No. We quote the ground portion of your trip — everything from landing in China to flying home. Packages sold by agencies in your home country often include international flights in their headline price, so when comparing, compare the ground portion with the ground portion.
Why do some China tours I've seen look much cheaper?
Because costs were cut somewhere — cheaper hotels, thinner meals, or commission-paying showroom stops (jade, silk, tea) where the operator's cut subsidizes the low headline price. Our itineraries contain no shopping stops and nothing trimmed behind the scenes, so the quote reflects the real cost and your days stay yours.
Do I have to pay anything to get a plan and a quote?
No. Sending a request, receiving an itinerary and getting a quote are all free, with no obligation to continue. You pay only after you've reviewed the plan and decided to confirm the trip.
How are prayer times handled during the trip?
Your daily schedule is planned with prayer times in mind — prayer appears in the quotation as its own line item, not an afterthought. In cities with mosques, visits can be built into the route. In destinations without a public mosque, such as Zhangjiajie, we arrange prayer at your hotel, in your private vehicle, or at quiet points along the way.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. We regularly plan for families and organized groups, including groups of 20–30 travelers. Larger groups get better per-person pricing since guide, vehicle and coordination costs are shared. If you're organizing a group, tell us the approximate headcount and we'll plan around it.
What happens after I send my request?
A real person from our team reads it — not an auto-responder — and replies within 24 hours on WhatsApp or by email. We may ask a few questions, then send your day-by-day plan and quotation. You decide from there; there's no follow-up pressure.
